Gilmour recorded his seventh goal of the season with this fantastic game-winning goal effort in the final period of a 2-1 victory of the Sting.

The Spirit recorded their 11th win of the season as they sit in sixth place in the OHL Western Conference standings.

Gilmour was a 2017 seventh-round pick of the Detroit Red Wings. In 28 games played, Gilmour has 20 points with seven goals and 13 assists.

Thus far, the forward has been one of the top performing Red Wings prospects in the OHL. Jordan Sambrook of the Erie Otters leads all Red Wings prospects in points in the OHL with 21 points in 32 appearances.
