The Detroit Red Wings hosted the Pittsburgh Penguins Tuesday at Little Caesars Arena, facing an opponent jockeying for playoff positioning. The Wings have 10 veterans out with various ailments, but as has become the storyline down the stretch, the young core and goaltending are keeping the points rolling. The Wings topped the Penguins, 4-1, to win for a season high sixth straight time, and eighth of the last nine.
