NEWARK, N.J. — The Detroit Red Wings keep finding ways to win.
They were short on the bench and came up short on the ice to start their Saturday matinee against the Devils at Prudential Center, but Dylan Larkin scored with 50.3 seconds left in overtime to secure a 3-2 final. After winning just once in their first 10 games, the Wings have won eight of their last 10 games.
Jonathan Bernier’s goaltending kept his teammates within striking distance as the Wings succeeded in tying a game after falling behind by two goals for the fourth time in the last six games.
