Detroit — Put the some of the NHL's best teams in front of them and they were unbeatable this weekend

Anthony Mantha scored with 30.9 seconds left in the game Sunday, breaking a 2-2 tie and sending the Wings to a 3-2 victory over the Golden Knights at Little Caesars Arena.

Mantha wheeled around Brayden McNabb, who took an ill-advised chance to play the puck, drove to the net and snapped his 11th goal past goalie Malcolm Subban.

The Wings (6-12-1, 13 points) followed an impressive victory over Boston (11-3-2) with another solid win over Vegas (9-7-3), after having lost 12 of 13 games.
