With most of the summertime moves completed (except possibly in Buffalo, where there’s potential for a Rasmus Ristolainen blockbuster), The Athletic’s writers in the Atlantic Division have put together their 2019-20 roster projections. Using them as a template, we’ll look at where each team ranks on a line-by-line, pair-by-pair basis....
To rank the lines and pairings, we used the player ratings from Corsica Hockey. Each skater’s rating is based on his contributions offensively, defensively, at even strength and on special teams.
