Sources have confirmed to Chat Sports that the 2013 Winter Classic will be held in Ann Arbor, Michigan at the legendary Michigan Stadium (The Big House). The 2013 matchup will feature the hometown Detroit Red Wings versus an Original 6 foe the Toronto Maple Leafs.
This will be the Red Wings second Winter Classic game (The Red Wings played the Chicago Blackhawks in 2009 at Wrigley Field) and will be the first Winter Classic matchup that will feature a Canadian team.
