Three quick observations from Saturday night’s 117-95 win over the Chicago Bulls at Little Caesars Arena

1-KARMIC BALANCE – It took the Pistons only nine minutes to hit more triples against Chicago than they managed in 53 minutes of an overtime loss at Houston 48 hours earlier. The Pistons hit 8 of 15 triples in the first quarter to take a 14-point lead and knocked down 13 of 27 in the first half. They cooled off in the second half, finishing 16 of 42, 38.1 percent. Anthony Tolliver led the triple assault, finishing 6 of 12 from the arc and scored a season-high 25 points to lead eight players in double figures – including four off of the bench.
