Kyrie Irving's flat Earth talk has been reduced to an apology
The Boston Celtics guard says he didn't realize the power of his words when he questioned whether the Earth was round or not, saying he was "into conspiracies" at the time.
"I do research on both sides," Irving once told The New York Times. "I'm not against anyone that thinks the Earth is round. I'm not against anyone that thinks it's flat. I just love hearing the debate."
That tune has changed now, and Irving offered an apology to science teachers.
