If Jaden Ivey of the Detroit Pistons looks at the Internet much, then he is going to enter next season with a big chip on his shoulder, as there have been some ridiculous things said about him, including that the Pistons would draft Christian Bruan over him if they had to do the 2022 Draft again.
Re-drafts can be a fun exercise to see which players have clearly outperformed their draft status and which ones haven’t, but they often verge on the ridiculous when we are talking about players who aren’t even near their peak form yet.
For some reason, I’ve seen a million re-drafts of 2022 lately, and almost all of them slight Jaden Ivey, who fans must have forgotten after he missed most of last season.
