The Detroit Pistons fell to the Washington Wizards 101-87 on Monday afternoon. Detroit scored just 34 points in the first half and could never crawl out of the 16-point hole they dug for themselves. It was an ugly game all around.
But Monday is also Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and instead of focusing on yet another terrible Pistons loss in what is shaping up to be a terrible Pistons season, we are going to focus on more important things.
