Pistons vs. Nets final score: Pistons have no answer for Nets’ guards, lose 125-115

The Detroit Pistons lose their fourth straight, falling on the road to the Brooklyn Nets 125-115.

The Pistons came out of the gate sluggish and uninterested in playing basketball, trialing by as many as 12 within the first few minutes.

Fortunately, for at least a bit anyway, both the Nets and Pistons collectively decided that no defense would be played and the Nets halftime 70-68 lead was all the evidence you needed.

Detroit’s bench amassed 44 points from its five bench players in the first half. Reggie Jackson’s efficient half of 17 points on 6-of-10 shooting paced Detroit.
