This game was a microcosm for the season.
No, the Pistons weren’t as bad as the 22 point lead that the Memphis Grizzlies ran out. And no, they weren’t as good as the furious comeback they made into relevance.
At the end of the day, they were what they are: a team that’s just good enough to beat a Western Conference 32 win team that’s missing eight of their players.
But it’s tough to be so pessimistic for this recap, because this comeback was fun as hell!
