Pistons should be checking in regularly with an old friend

Detroit Pistons’ team president Trajan Langdon should be looking for ways to exploit his old team now that Joe Dumars and Troy Weaver are running the show.

Fans of the Pistons will always love Dumars, who is undoubtedly one of the most important and greatest franchise icons of all time, winning two titles as a player and one as a GM, though the end of his tenure in the front office was a mess.

Less so with Weaver, who went 77-244 as GM of the Pistons, but did draft most of the players who currently make up their core.
