Pistons owner Tom Gores has once again teamed up with the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation to provide thousands of Christmas gifts for children in Flint and Detroit.
One of two giveaways was held Wednesday, Dec. 13 at Genesee High School, where parents picked up toys, bicycles, and helmets to wrap up and place under their tree at home.
"The holidays should be a special time for kids and their families, filled with hope and happiness," said Gores, a 1982 Genesee High graduate. "We are proud to support Toys for Tots and the important work they do in Michigan.
