Pistons notes: Reggie Jackson's fourth-quarter burst returns

DALLAS -- Reggie Jackson had trouble making it to the fourth quarter a week ago.

On Wednesday, he played 30 minutes for the first time since last spring and turned in a game-high 20 points in the Detroit Pistons' 95-85 win over the Dallas Mavericks.

Nine of those 20 points came in the fourth quarter, where the Pistons broke free by outscoring the Mavericks by 14. Jackson scored Detroit's final eight points.

"It felt good, just having my legs under me and the encouragement of the coaches," Jackson said. "(They keep) telling me to to keep attacking downhill and making plays.
