Langlois: They’ll have his full Bird rights and Mykhailiuk will be a restricted free agent. Look at the history of restricted free agency. Movement is pretty rare. And next year is a long way away. Given Troy Weaver’s activity this year, I would think there will be moves between now and then that alter the cap outlook.
