Auburn Hills — In a season of ups and downs, the Pistons haven’t gotten very many easy wins.
They’ll take them when they can get them, though.
The Pistons opened a double-digit lead in the third quarter and kept the pedal to the metal, trouncing the Philadelphia 76ers, 113-96, on Monday night at The Palace. It’s the third win in the last four games for the Pistons (24-28), who took the lead for keeps in the final five minutes of the second quarter.
All five starters were among seven Pistons in double figures, including 19 points and seven rebounds for Marcus Morris, 16 points and 17 rebounds for Andre Drummond and 14 points and six assists for Reggie Jackson.
