MILWAUKEE -- The Detroit Pistons have rediscovered their defense and their postseason hopes with it.
The Pistons won their third consecutive game Saturday, 102-91 over the Milwaukee Bucks, and moved within a half-game of the fading Chicago Bulls for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference with 23 games to play.
Saturday's game began a stretch when the Pistons play seven out of nine games on the road. The Pistons (30-29) improved to 13-18 on the road and got back over .500 after dipping two games below that mark earlier in the week.
MLive Pistons beat writer David Mayo was on hand for the victory.
