The Minnesota Timberwolves found themselves down 2-0 to the Oklahoma City Thunder, and with their backs against the wall, won game three by 40 points. The New York Knicks similarly find themselves down 2-0 to the Indiana Pacers. Can they make a statement similar to what the Wolves accomplished? If they are going to do it, it is going to have to be on the road in the unfriendly confines of the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
I’m also not sure what else the stars can provide the Knicks. Minnesota was able to ride a great Anthony Edwards performance in game 3.
