DETROIT - Glenn Robinson III said he was excited as ever coming into training camp with the Detroit Pistons in his old stomping grounds at the University of Michigan, confident and with a chip on his shoulder.
"I really look at it like people haven't seen me play in a couple years," Robinson said. "I'm excited to show my whole game, with a new team, a fresh start, new coach. A lot of things are going well for this organization. I'm excited to be back in Michigan and win some games."
Robinson has averaged 4.4 points per game in four NBA seasons and is coming off a year in which he missed 58 games due to major ankle surgery.
