DETROIT - The Detroit Pistons' second unit has a little bit of everything: size and speed, shooters, cutters, players who can attack the rim and dogged defenders.
The bench was instrumental in Tuesday's 118-107 victory over the New York Knicks at Little Caesars Arena, accounting for 50 points, 21 rebounds and 11 assists.
"We're moving the ball and moving our bodies and playing the right way," Zaza Pachulia said. "We have shooters, we've got guys who can attack, guys who can screen, and guys with speed like Ish (Smith), so we've got a good mix of guys and we get things done.
