Detroit Pistons player grades from 109-106 loss to Charlotte Hornets

The Detroit Pistons season has been defined by several things, namely turnovers and not enough help, and they all factored in to a 109-106 loss at the Charlotte Hornets on Friday.

Detroit (4-9) has not been at full strength this season, having played without at least one starter in each game. Blake Griffin has played in two of those games but it’s obvious that he isn’t at full game speed yet. Even still, he is good enough to impact games.

A lot of things went wrong for the Pistons on Friday but it should be a credit to a youthful Hornets team and coach James Barrego.
