Bruce Brown impresses in Pistons' Summer League win

Bruce Brown led the Detroit Pistons with 15 points, 11 rebounds and six assists Wednesday in a 64-59 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves in Las Vegas Summer League play at Cox Pavilion.

The performance by the 6-5 guard selected 42nd in this year's draft was about he only bright spot in a sloppy game that saw the Pistons shoot just 33.8 percent from the floor (24-of-71), including 6-of-25 from 3-point distance (24 percent).

The Pistons (2-2) will face the Chicago Bulls (2-2) on Saturday (4 p.m.).

Henry Ellenson's struggles continue. He scored seven points on just 3-of-17 from the floor, including 1-of-7 from beyond the arc.
