The NBA could be on the verge of some coaching history this offseason. Pau Gasol wonders why it's taken so long.
San Antonio Spurs assistant Becky Hammon is slated to interview for the Milwaukee Bucks head coaching vacancy, and it's possible other teams (like the Detroit Pistons?) will show interest as well.
Hammon would be the first female head coach in league history, if hired.
And for anyone questioning her candidacy, Pau Gasol dunked on that notion with a glowing endorsement in a letter today for The Players' Tribune.
