76ers' Bryan Colangelo burned over alleged use of secret Twitter accounts

Philadelphia 76ers fans were rewarded for trusting "The Process."

Their faith in team president Bryan Colangelo is probably in question now, though.

In a detailed story published by The Ringer on Tuesday night, Colangelo is alleged to have been secretly operating five Twitter accounts, and using them to post critically about Sixers players, including potentially sensitive information.

The Ringer got the 76ers to confirm that, @Phila1234567, belonged to Colangelo, who used it to monitor the NBA. The team is investigating the report's claims.

"An online media outlet filed a story linking multiple social media accounts to 76ers President of Basketball Operations Bryan Colangelo," the team wrote in the statement.
