On Monday night, Calvin Johnson was perfect.
Johnson received a perfect score for the first time in his stint on Dancing With the Stars, nabbing 10s from all three judges for the Quickstep he performed on Halloween night with his partner, Lindsay Arnold.
The pair dressed as full skeletons, including Johnson with a top hat and cane to start the performance. When he found out he would be dressing as a full skeleton, he responded with a simple “That’s dope,” during the pre-taped segment before the dance.
That he picked up a perfect 10 doing the quick step was even more impressive knowing the ankle injuries Johnson has dealt with throughout his NFL career and his admittance last week he couldn’t get on his tiptoes last year during the season.
