Two years after Deflategate, Tom Brady, Roger Goodell to meet again

HOUSTON – Villain or G.O.A.T?

When Tom Brady’s career is done, he may go down as both.

Brady will play in his record seventh Super Bowl on Sunday when the New England Patriots face the Atlanta Falcons at NRG Stadium. If he wins, he’ll join Charles Haley as the only players in NFL history with five Super Bowl rings, and he and his team will put a final, delicious cherry on top of the Deflategate scandal that has hung over their collective heads for two years.

Brady’s Hall-of-Fame credentials are secure no matter what happens Sunday, but a fifth ring would help establish him as the greatest quarterback of all-time.
