Three options if Lions lose Matthew Stafford to injury in 2020

Last year was a lost season for the Detroit Lions, resulting in a 3-12-1 record. And the biggest single reason why the Motor City struggled was an injury suffered by starting quarterback Matthew Stafford that limited him to just eight games.

Backup passers Jeff Driskel and rookie David Blough were unable to notch a single win under center for the Lions. So the health of Stafford appears to be the key to a strong bounce-back season for Detroit in 2020.

But what if the 11-year veteran suffers another injury that sidelines him this year?
