Former Detroit Lions safety Tavon Wilson has signed with the Indianapolis Colts, the team announced on Tuesday morning.
Wilson spent the last four years with the Lions after signing with the team in 2016. The safety played 56 games for the Lions, starting in 39 of them. He notched three interceptions and 212 combined tackles in four seasons.
The safety initially was drafted by the New England Patriots in the second round of the 2012 NFL draft. He spent four seasons with the Patriots before leaving for Detroit.
