Stephen Tulloch retires after 11 years in the NFL

Linebacker Stephen Tulloch is set to announce his retirement soon after an eleven-year career in the NFL. Tulloch played five years for the Lions between 2011 and 2015. He was a regular starter for in Detroit, rarely missing any games. Though, an ACL tear sat him out for 13 games in 2014.

Many around the league recognize Tulloch for his freak ACL injury. He tore his ACL after landing oddly while he celebrated sacking Aaron Rodgers.

Lions fans will know him as one of the core pieces of the team’s defense for much of his five years in Detroit.
