Good tight ends are few and far between in the NFL. There seem to be only a few true impact tight ends around the league, and two of them met in the Super Bowl last season. Having a good tight end can be game changing, though, as it seems that almost every team that has had recent success on offense did so with a top-tier tight end on the roster.
