Pistons' Johnson impresses - even on subpar day

It was easy to pinpoint the highlight of the Detroit Pistons’ public scrimmage on Saturday.

It was the third quarter of the scrimmage that was eventually cut short because of bumps and bruises throughout the roster.

Rookie Stanley Johnson got the ball close to the right baseline, closely defended by Anthony Tolliver.

Johnson faked right, but suddenly dribbled the ball around his back to his left hand – completely losing Tolliver.

His path to the basket was blocked by Andre Drummond, but Johnson did a jump step and got a shot up with his right hand while being hit by Drummond and Tolliver.
