Heading into this week’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Detroit Lions ranked dead last in stopping the run.
But it looks like they figured some things out during the bye week as the Lions defense held Jacksonville to just 44 rushing yards.
“The defensive line—I thought the front did a great job, the linebackers, and the D-line, and some of the (defensive backs) that were down in the box, we had a couple different looks for them, which I thought was good. I think those guys played aggressive,” head coach Matt Patricia said.
