Many Detroit Lions fans have lost hope for the 2020 season, but cornerback Desmond Trufant is still giving it his all.
It’s not unusual for players to maintain a positive outlook despite losing records, especially in front of the media, but Trufant gave more than your typical “we have to work harder” answer when asked where the team’s heading. He argued there’s still a lotta football left in the season.
“We still got eight games so I mean, it’s still all in front of us. Obviously we’re not where we wanna be but we still can get there — we still can finish this thing right.
