I didn’t think twice about who’s No. 1. Or No. 2, for that matter.
But even if the top two players were clear as day to me, ranking the 16 best players in Detroit Lions history for our ongoing G.O.A.T. tournament of Detroit pro sports was no easy task.
I was one of several reporters asked to provide their top 16 list, and all of our lists were compiled to put together the rankings you see on our website.
Since some of you asked, I provided my full list below, but before we get to that, a little bit about the methodology.
