Matt Patricia often traipses up and down the sideline with a call sheet in his hand, but the first-year Detroit Lions head coach said Monday that doesn’t mean he has taken a bigger role in defensive play calling in the second half of the season.
“I have sheets with me (for) all three phases,” Patricia said in a teleconference Monday.
