Charles Rogers will go down as one of the biggest draft busts in Detroit Lions history — and one of the most talented wide receivers the state of Michigan has ever known.
But former Lions general manager Matt Millen said Monday he’ll remember Rogers as something entirely different.
“How I will remember him is different than how everybody else will remember him,” Millen said. “How I’ll remember him is a great kid with a good heart with a lot of skills, that mismanaged some things.
