The leaks of the Detroit Lions’ 2020 schedule are already starting to come out, and the first to drop is an exciting one. Despite earlier reports that the Lions would open up with four straight AFC opponents, Danny Parkins of Chicago sports radio 670 is reporting that Detroit will host the Chicago Bears for Week 1 of the NFL season.
This would be a pretty special opening to the season for Lions fans, because it will be the first time Detroit opens with a divisional opponent since 2013, when they defeated the Minnesota Vikings 34-24.
