The Detroit Lions made another move at running back on Satruday as they make final preparations for their Week 11 game against the Dallas Cowboys. Former Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster, while running back Paul Perkins was released in a corresponding move.
