Lions notes: Cory Redding retires from the NFL

Redding was a former Lions third-round draft pick and spent his first six season in the league in Detroit. During that time, he tallied 200 tackles and 16 sacks. After moving on from Detroit, Redding spent time with the Seahawks, Ravens, Colts and Cardinals.
