The fifth-year linebacker spent his rookie season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the last three with the Indianapolis Colts. Two well-run, respectable franchises. However, having spent a little time in the Lions’ offseason program, Stuard has quickly noticed that things are a bit different over in Allen Park.
