Ian Rapoport of NFL Media is reporting that Lions LT Taylor Decker is expected to be out between 4-6 months after he underwent surgery for a torn labrum this week.
Rapoport adds that Decker is a candidate to open the year on the physically unable to perform list, which would cost in the first six games of the 2017 season.
Yesterday, the Lions signed veteran OT Tony Hills to bolster their offensive tackle depth for minicamp.
Decker, 22, is a former first-round pick of the Lions back in 2016. He’s currently in the second year of his four-year, $10.
