Lions injury report: D’Andre Swift returns to practice, Kenny Golladay sits out

The Detroit Lions only went through a walkthrough on Thursday, attempting to play catch up in a shortened week in preparation for Thursday’s game against the Houston Texans.

There were only a few changes to Tuesday’s estimated injury report, but three of them were significant.

Let’s start with the good news. Lions running back D’Andre Swift “returned” to practice in a limited fashion on Tuesday, opening up the possibility of him playing this week against the Texans. Swift has been out since last Thursday with a concussion, and this is the first sign that he may be ready to return.
