Lions climb to fourth in sacks after career day from Ricky Jean Francois

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. -- Ricky Jean Francois needed 126 games over more than nine years to rack up the first dozen sacks of his NFL career. But he also had never played a game back home in Miami.

And in his return on Sunday, the Detroit Lions defensive tackle threw Brock Osweiler for two sacks in a 32-21 win against the Dolphins. It was just the second multi-sack game of his career, and the first since 2013.

Romeo Okwara and Jarrad Davis chipped in a sack apiece to bring Detroit's total to four for the day.

"One of them, (Osweiler) probably could have avoided," Dolphins coach Adam Gase said.
