Lions activate Corey Fuller off of PUP list

With his 21-day practice window set to expire, the Detroit Lions activated wide receiver Corey Fuller from the physically unable to perform list today.

Fuller suffered a foot injury during organized team activities and was not ready for the start of the regular season. He returned to practice three weeks ago.

The Lions cleared room on their 53-man roster by waiving tight end Khari Lee.

A sixth-round pick out of Virginia Tech in 2013, Fuller will serve as the Lions' No. 5 receiver for now, behind Marvin Jones, Golden Tate, Anquan Boldin and Andre Roberts.
