Jim Caldwell admitted Monday that the message to his team has to change a bit now that they are officially eliminated from the playoffs, but said his expectations for how his team performs the final three games of the year doesn’t change.
“The standards are still high,” he said. “They have a job, they get paid to do a job. Because they get disappointed, they don’t quit. You do what you do and you’re trying to get better at what you do. I think that’s how our guys will approach this.
“We have a lot of guys that have the right make up.
