Jarrad Davis, Darius Slay limp through Wednesday’s practice

While the Detroit Lions are still riding a high off of a big win against the Miami Dolphins and a reported trade that will land them one of the best run-stuffers in the league, the team was dealing with injuries to two of their most important defensive players.

Linebacker Jarrad Davis spent the beginning of practice having a long talk with head coach Matt Patricia while the rest of the team did warm-up stretches. When positional drills began, Davis spent the next 10-15 minutes on the ground with a trainer stretching his legs.
