Jamal Agnew 'itching' to play again; Detroit Lions won't say if he will

They don’t mean much in the standings, and for the Detroit Lions they don’t mean a thing in the playoff chase. But for Jamal Agnew, there aren’t any more important games than the Lions’ season-ending visits with the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers the next two weeks.

Agnew said last week that he was “working my ass off trying to” play again this season, and after the Lions’ decided to return him to their 53-man roster from injured reserve on Wednesday, that possibility remains intact.
