Is this prospect too talented for the Detroit Lions to pass on?

If there is one positive to pull from a 3-12-1 season, it’s the fact the Detroit Lions will pick high in the upcoming NFL draft. In fact, the Motor City currently owns the third overall selection in the annual selection event which scheduled for late April. And the next few months will be spent speculating whom their first-round pick just might be.

The third overall pick will be the highest for fifth-year general manager Bob Quinn in Detroit. It’s also the highest selection for the Lions’ organization since they made Nebraska defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh the second overall selection in 2010.
