ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- It’s been this way since college. On a game day, Michael Roberts gets up early in the morning and starts listening to music.
The music plays until he leaves the locker room to play in the game. He will mix up his playlist more than Ameer Abdullah, though, who listens to the same two songs on repeat throughout the day leading up to the game.
For Roberts, it starts slow and then crescendos to the end -- as he explained to ESPN this week for the latest Inside the Lions’ Music.
